Are you are able to handle your anger in a healthy way and be okay with feeling angry? More importantly, feeling anger is normal and you are able express it in appropriate ways. Further, knowing that the way you express your anger is healthy and appropriate and can make you happy and empower you – if you allow it.

As a result, using skills like deep breathing, looking at the situation from the point of view of others, and detaching yourself from the situation allows you to handle your anger in a way you can be proud of.

Therefore, you can be unafraid of feeling anger because you are aware that it is a normal reaction to something that upsets you. Consequently, feeling anger is acceptable because emotions are an important part of being human. That is to say you are permitted to feel anger as well as every other emotion.

As a result, knowing that you are able to deal with your anger in a way that you are comfortable with builds confidence.
