The Build: Free NDA Tool
Last week I was at Code Ninjas between client calls.
I had some time and a problem I kept hearing from coaches: they needed NDAs but didn’t want to pay $15–$45/month for DocuSign or HelloSign.
So I built a system.
What it does:
- Generates a personalized mutual NDA for any client
- Publishes it to your website instantly
- Emails them the signing link automatically
- Client signs in their browser — no account needed
- Handles 50 signings/month for $0

Anthropic shipped a visual collaboration tool that generates slides, one-pagers, and working prototypes from a text description. Claude Opus 4.7 underneath with improved reasoning.

3. ChatGPT Images 2.0 — 2K resolution
Now live for all paid users. Sharper output, better text rendering inside images, improved editing. Same price you’re already paying.
This Week’s Prompt Pack: 5 Workspace Agents
ChatGPT Workspace Agents are free until May 6. Each of these takes under 3 minutes to build. Go to ChatGPT → Agents → New Agent and paste these instructions:
Agent 1 — Weekly Digest
“Every Monday at 7am, summarize my last 7 days of notes. Write the 3 most important client updates as a 150-word email. Subject: ‘Week of [date] — Here’s what matters.’ Save to Drafts.”
Agent 2 — Proposal Intake
“When I get an email with subject ‘New Project Inquiry’, extract: client name, budget, timeline, project type. Format as a one-page brief with a recommended next step.”
Agent 3 — Content Repurposer
“When I share a blog post or call transcript, rewrite it as: (1) a 280-char tweet, (2) a 3-bullet LinkedIn post with a hook, (3) a 60-second email snippet. Label each clearly.”
Agent 4 — Client Re-Engagement
“Every Friday at 9am, flag any active client I haven’t contacted in 14+ days. Write a personalized 3-sentence warm re-engagement message for each. Compile as a checklist. Don’t send.”
Agent 5 — Invoice Follow-Up
“When I paste an overdue invoice summary, write a polite but firm follow-up email under 100 words. Professional and warm, never passive-aggressive. Don’t send.”

Workflow Tip (From the B6 System)
Before you build anything — any tool, any system, any project — write one sentence that defines what “done” looks like.
Not a paragraph. Not a feature list. One sentence.
Example: “Done means a coach can sign a client to an NDA in under 3 minutes without a paid subscription.”
That sentence built the NDA tool. Try it on whatever you’re starting this week.
