This week I barely had any sales or prospect calls — and I shipped more than I have in a long time. The difference? I stopped typing. I started talking. This is Issue #2 of The AI Product Lab.
The Build: Cowork Setup Done Right
Every guide I saw about setting up Claude Cowork had at least one thing wrong. Two things kept coming up that were flat-out incorrect — so I fact-checked the whole setup, corrected it, and published the accurate version.
Two things every guide gets wrong:
- Cowork is on macOS AND Windows — Windows launched February 2026, not just Mac like older posts say
- You get 38+ connectors — not “50+” like the viral posts keep claiming
The infographic covers all 8 setup steps in order, with accurate specs. Free to use, share, and bookmark.
AI Signal This Week
1. Claude now connects to Adobe, Blender + 7 more creative tools
Anthropic dropped 9 new Claude connectors for creative software on April 28. Claude can now live inside the tools you’re already working in. If you’re building presentations, course assets, or client materials — this changes your workflow.
2. GPT-5.5 is out — stronger reasoning, better for multi-step work
OpenAI released GPT-5.5 on April 23, six weeks after GPT-5.4. Stronger multi-step reasoning and agentic workflows. Worth testing for complex tasks: proposal writing, research, multi-step client prep.
3. Being found by AI is now as important as Google
New research shows 75% of high-performing coaching businesses use AI tools regularly. When clients ask ChatGPT or Perplexity to recommend a coach, you need to show up there too. “Share of AI Voice” is the new SEO.
This Week’s Workflow: Talk Your Content Into Existence
Wispr Flow lets me narrate anything — emails, newsletters, content drafts — just by speaking out loud. It transcribes with actual intelligence, not just raw words. Here’s the exact workflow I used this week.
Step 1 — Brain Dump Out Loud
Open Wispr Flow (works inside any app — email, docs, Claude itself). Hold the hotkey and just talk. Don’t edit, don’t filter. Get it out.
Step 2 — Paste Into Claude
“Clean this up — keep my voice, fix the structure, remove the filler. Output as [email / post / outline].”
Step 3 — Talk the Edits
Use Wispr Flow again to give your feedback out loud: “Make the second paragraph shorter and add a CTA at the end.” Faster than typing, every time.
Step 4 — Repurpose with One Prompt
“Turn this into: (1) a LinkedIn post, (2) a 60-second email, (3) 3 short-form hooks. Keep my voice.”
One piece of content becomes four.

Workflow Tip: You’re Not Running Out of Messages
The most common frustration I hear from coaches using Claude: “I keep hitting my limit.”
Almost every time, they’re not running out of messages — they’re running out of tokens. Different problem. Different fix.
The fix:
- Start a new conversation instead of continuing an old one
- Keep your context tight — don’t paste in everything at once
- Use Projects to store context so you don’t re-explain every session
Claude works on a rolling window. Work with that instead of fighting it.
