The Build: Audio-Enabled Training Slides (No Software Required)
One of our Mastermind members asked how to create training content without recording themselves on camera. So we built the answer live on Friday — a fully narrated 15-slide HTML deck using AI voice cloning through ElevenLabs. No PowerPoint. No Keynote. No Camtasia. Just a text file that behaves like a slide deck.
What we built:
- 15 slides — hero layouts + split content layouts, full CSS design system
- AI voice narration — your cloned voice from ElevenLabs, one MP3 per slide
- Python generator — Claude writes the scripts, Python patches the audio in automatically
- No build tools — one HTML file, open in any browser, works anywhere

How to Build It in 3 Steps
Step 1 — Outline with Claude
Give Claude your topic and ask for a 15-slide outline: title, speaker note, and key visual per slide. This becomes your content map and your audio script at the same time.
Step 2 — Voice It with ElevenLabs
Clone your voice (takes about 5 minutes). Run your slide scripts through the API — one MP3 per slide. The Python generator script in the tutorial does this automatically.
Step 3 — Patch and Publish
The Python script patches the MP3 filenames into the HTML automatically. Upload to your website. Done. No software license, no monthly fee — just a file your students can open in any browser.
